Retyping the same brand hex codes and re-uploading the same logo into every new design is easy to forget, and even easier to get slightly wrong.

Brand Kit stores all of it once, so it's simply there, ready to use, from that point on.

Here's the trick:

Brand Kit stores your palette, fonts and logo so every new design starts already on-brand.

How to use it

  1. Open your account's Brand Kit, usually in the left-hand sidebar or account menu.
  2. Upload your logo.
  3. Add your brand's exact colors, ideally by hex code, and your fonts.
  4. Save the kit — your brand colors and fonts now appear at the top of any color picker or font dropdown in a new design.

Where it helps most

Keeping every social post, flyer or presentation visually consistent without hunting for the same hex code or logo file every time.

One thing to watch for

Multiple Brand Kits, for different projects or clients, are a Canva Pro feature — the free plan supports a single kit.
