- Open the Design tab in the ribbon.
- Look at the Designer panel that appears on the right with suggested layouts.
- Click any suggestion to apply it, keeping your original content but rearranged into the new design.

One thing to watch for
Designer needs an active internet connection and is only available on Microsoft 365 subscriptions, not one-time-purchase versions of PowerPoint.
